Ironstone & Co Return Policy
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Ironstone & Co if the item is:
1. Faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it. Ironstone & Co reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.
2. Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would.
3. The incorrect size. This will only result in an exchange of item size.
Return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Ironstone & Co with proof of purchase. Such as your order number, or bank statement.
PLEASE NOTE
- Any item that is to be returned MUST be in NEW CONDITION with the TAG STILL ATTACHED.
- ALL refunds will be given in the form of a store credit or gift card.
- Return is at Customers cost.
- Please Fill out below exchange form and post it along side your item.
